In the year 2006, Hyun Jin Moon was reported to have fired a number of editors of The Washington Times newspaper. They were believed to have had a connection to various racist viewpoints. To replace them, in the year 2008, Hyun Jin Moon intelligently hired John F. Solomon as his executive editor for the Washington Times newspaper.
John F. Solomon is very popular for his thorough work on investigative journalism. He is in good standing and has friends at the Associated Press as well as the historic Washington Post newspaper. Solomon became the head of investigative reporting very recently. He has taken control of the mixed media development at the Washington Post. He also has taken charge of the Washington Times newspaper and directed it toward a better position in the mainstream media. This drew quite a lot of criticism from several conservative parties. On the other hand, it has not stopped him in leading those newspapers for the better.
